These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital templates provided by Hello Hello Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to Squarespace, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop templates (each a “Template”, collectively “Templates”). By purchasing and using a Template, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Final Sale & No Reproduction
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a Template has been delivered or access has been granted. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sharing of a Template in any way, shape, or form — including the underlying files, sections, graphics, or design assets — is strictly prohibited.
2. No Revisions Included
Templates are delivered as-is, without revisions. Any modifications, revisions, or extensions beyond the initial delivery can be requested, but will be quoted at AU$200 + GST per hour. All requested changes must be approved in writing by you before any work commences.
3. Additional Work and Hourly Rate
If you require additional services, such as revisions or new features, these services will be billed at the rate of AU$200 + GST per hour. You will receive a quote for the estimated time and cost of the changes, which must be approved by you prior to the work beginning.
4. Prohibited Use
You are not permitted to sell, resell, share, or modify a Template for resale under any circumstances. Templates are provided for your individual use only, on the specific platform and/or project they were purchased for, and cannot be redistributed in any form — including as a whole, in part, or as a derivative work.
5. Liability for Platform Changes
Platforms such as Squarespace, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop frequently update their software, features, and base code. We are not responsible for any changes to your Template caused by these platform updates. If your Template is affected by changes made by a third-party platform, we will assess the issue and provide a quote for the time and cost required to resolve it.
6. Recreation of Deleted or Removed Content
If you remove or delete any sections, elements, or saved components of the Template, we will need to recreate them manually. The cost of recreating content will vary based on complexity, and a quote will be provided for your approval before any work is undertaken.
7. No Responsibility for Content Management
While we will deliver a fully functional Template, you are responsible for maintaining and updating your own content going forward. Extensive support for managing your platform (e.g. the Squarespace Help Center, Canva Help Center, or Adobe’s own support resources) is available directly from the relevant provider, and we encourage you to make use of it for ongoing management.
8. Image and Asset Copyright
Images, graphics, fonts, or other creative assets supplied within a Template remain the property of their original creator or licensor (including, where applicable, Lei Lei Clavey Photography) and are licensed for use only as part of the purchased Template. These assets must be removed or replaced with your own licensed or original content prior to the Template going live or being used in any public-facing capacity, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
9. Payment and Invoices
All invoices for additional work, as described in Sections 2 and 3, are due upon receipt. Payment terms will be outlined on each invoice and must be settled before any additional work is completed.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate any further work or services if these Terms are breached, including but not limited to reselling, redistributing, or modifying a Template for resale without our approval.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
