Rise Kirra Point

RISE is a luxurious and exclusive serviced penthouse apartment positioned on the iconic Kirra Point. With five king suites, expansive living areas, and a private outdoor sanctuary, this is more than a stay. It’s an escape above it all.

We were commissioned by Laura-Jade Johnson from Monday Agency to bring the brand to life. We developed both the name and the concept behind it: RISE carries a dual meaning, reflecting the sun that rises over the ocean and floods the apartment with warmth, and the building’s own position as a penthouse rising above everything around it.

That name became the central motif running through the entire brand. The logo itself rises as you scroll up the website, introducing you to the apartment, while the warmth of that sunlight shaped the art direction of the photography, carrying through the feeling of warmth, opportunity and escape.
