Gains by Brains is a health and fitness company focussed on creating detailed and effective fitness programs specifically for women. Sophie came to us looking to rebrand her business alongside launching a home fitness ebook and a range of resistance bands. Our task was to create a brand that appealed to her audience while showing off her fun personality and letting her content shine.
The finished brand features clear and detailed layouts with a focus on white space, a mixture of elegant and modern typefaces, strong powerful images and a neutral colour palette with a touch of blush. This we then rolled out across her 12 week home training guide, resistance bands and a brand new website to house it all.
