Through a diverse range of content including workouts, lifestyle vlogs, and healthy recipes, Sarah connects with her audience in a genuine, inspiring, and entertaining manner. As her brand evolves, it continues to mirror her positive and relatable personality, capturing the essence of a well-rounded, health-focused, and joyful lifestyle. We had the pleasure of bringing her brand to life for the first time in 2017, and were honoured to be given the chance to evolve the brand in 2024. Our aim was to help elevate the brand to reflect the stage Sarah now finds herself in, whilst still giving plenty of space within the brand for her to be real & honest.
